The Lakewood Ranch Community Activities Corporation presents HOLIDAYS AROUND THE RANCH on December 12th featuring... The 2nd Annual TEAM BROWN on Main Street at Lakewood Ranch The TEAM BROWN Snowman Festival is a great opportunity for local businesses, groups and families to get together and have fun building a snowman, Florida-style. Since most of us in Florida will not get the opportunity to make a snowman out of actual snow this winter, we’ve decided to make a contest out of making a snowman using your own creative ideas. All contestants will start with a bare snowman made of foam. Some may choose to add PVC pipes as arms; others may dress their snowman in their team colors and uniform. Half the fun will be seeing what materials the artists choose to improvise with. Whichever idea you choose, you’re sure to have fun creating your snowman masterpiece. COST TO ENTER: $250 donation All donations are tax-deductible, Friends of the Brown’s Foundation Inc. and TeamBrown.org is a legal 501c3 organization. INCLUDED: A Bare Snowman A 53” tall foam snowman to decorate and embellish is included in the cost to enter. That’s over 4 feet high! AWARDS: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded by TEAM BROWN on January 2, 2008 at Music on Main - AND - A People’s Choice Award will go to the snowman that receives the most votes on our website www.teambrown.org.
